RETURN POLICY

Evogen Nutrition stands behind the quality of our products and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return process.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN:

• The item must be unopened and in its original, sellable condition.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all security seals intact.
• A copy of the original packing slip or proof of purchase is required.
• Apparel items must be unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached.
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED:

• Any item that has been opened, used, or tampered with.
• Items purchased during a final sale, clearance, or promotion (where specified as non-returnable).
• Digital products, e-books, or downloaded content.
• Items purchased from third-party retailers or distributors (must be returned to the original point of sale).

RETURN PROCESS:

1. Request a Return Authorization (RA): Contact our Customer Service team via email at CS@evogenoman.com or call 408-364-1650 to request a Return Authorization number. Returns sent without an RA number may be refused.
2. Shipping: You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
3. Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

SHIPPING POLICY

We offer Free Standard Shipping on orders over $99. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

MILITARY & APO/FPO SHIPPING:
